(4/10/2021) A slightly more elegant nose displays notes of plum, red and dark currant and plenty of Savigny style earth. Here too the lighter weight flavors possess a caressing mouthfeel that contrasts somewhat with the mildly austere and lingering finale. This is sufficiently structured to repay a few years of keeping. Drink: 2025+.
