(2/2026) This wine comes from a minuscule plot planted all the way back in 1935 by Ledy’s grandfather. While most Grand Cru vineyards in Burgundy are legally allowed to produce around 35 hectolitres of wine per hectare, Ledy only produces 12 hectolitres per hectare for this 100% whole-cluster 1er cru bottling. This tremendous Pinot has soaring aromatics of both red and black berries, earl grey tea and spice. It is an elegant wine that is shockingly approachable now, but has the stuffing to reward cellaring a decade-plus. Extremely limited availability!
