(5/2026) This super tasty sparkler is a blend of 50% Assyrtiko and 50% Limniona. Crafted at the base of Mount Olympus, it's also an uncommon value in that it's made using the méthode champenoise, something we don't often see at this price point. Aged on the lees for 30 months with minimal dosage, this is a crisp rosé with notes of strawberry, cranberry, and a hint of lemon zest.
