(5/2026) Sadly this is the final time we will have the Enderle & Moll wines as the winemakers have decided to step away from the world of winemaking. The Weiss & Grau has been one of our favourites of theirs over the years and they are going out in style here. A blend of Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) and Muller Thurgau, it is kept on skins for 5 days before gentle pressing into stainless steel. Not exactly an orange wine, more a skin contact white - it shows notes of peach, apricot and apple, zippy acidity and has a really long finish.
