(9/18/2023) Fresh, reductive nose with a hint of white sesame. A mineral coating to the tangy lime citrus and pomelo skins. White chalk, freshly cut parsley and celery as well. A laser beam of piercing acidity provides energy, sharpness and speed to the pure and bone-dry palate that’s full of tension but no flesh. Demanding and austere, yet so delicious and effortlessly pure and gastronomic in nature, with electric linearity and a mouthwatering finish. Even more extreme than 2020? Only 11.5% alcohol.
