Crafted under meticulous rabbinical supervision, following centuries-old Jewish winemaking laws. Every grape is hand-selected, and the process is overseen from harvest to bottling, ensuring purity and spiritual integrity. Fermented in previously koshered stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures. A vegan clarification is carried out with Bentonite. Fruity and intense on the nose. Full-bodied and balanced on the palate, with notes of wild blackberries and a floral reminiscence evoking violets. Pair with meats, pasta, grilled or fried potatoes, as well as oily fish such as tuna or cod. Tasty with medium-aged cheeses and berry desserts.
