(11/1/2023) Editor's Choice - The wine's meadowfoam honey aroma is so similar to toasted marshmallows I could taste them. After that, aromas of lemon gelato and chalkboard dust came rushing along. The wine's zippy acidity cuts through complex flavors of a lemon granita mixed with mint sprigs, blood orange juice and a few drops of cassis.
