(5/2026) Here is another terrific example of Blaufrankisch from Austrian winemaking duo Dominic Gober and Gerald Freinbicher. Showing great depth and a little more weight and plumpness than the previous vintage, look for darker notes of cherry along with plum, hints of blackcurrant and spice. The wine retains excellent acidity and liveliness on the palate while being medium bodied, as well as having a little grip and subtle tannin.
