(4/11/2019) Another 100% Cabernet Sauvignon brought up in new oak, the 2016 The Albatross sports a deep purple color to go with its ripe, powerful bouquet of cassis, spicy oak, crushed flowers, and blood orange. It's full-bodied, has beautiful freshness, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish, with tons to love. It's a complete, balanced, totally satisfying Washington State Cabernet to drink over the coming 10-15 years.
