(12/1/2025) Lovely, verdant, herbal aromas lift from the glass and capture the soul of classic Sancerre that celebrates forest floor, orchard fruit and layered complexity. The palate kicks off with velvet-glove-covered minerality and then moves into muddled bosc pear that is uplifted by hints of lemon citrus on the finish. Pair with thyme-and-rosemary-roasted chicken.
