(9/2025) We love this blend of Albariño and Pinot Gris from Oregon's wine wizard Nate Ready of Hiyu Wine Farms. The Albariño was pressed directly, while the Pinot Gris saw a few days of skin contact. The result is a light, refreshing wine with loads of complexity: aromas range from early spring wildflowers to light lemon to a hint of raspberry, all wrapped in an enticing salinity and minerality.
