(9/2025) Crystaline and pure, this Oregon Chardonnay from J.Christopher founder Jay Somers is likely sourced predominantly from Anahata Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. It's fermented and aged in large neutral French oak barrels with no malolactic. Vibrant and mineral to its core, there's a cascade of classic white orchard fruit, white florals, lemon and almost a chalky linger on the finish. Do you like Chablis? This feels just like it, is from a small artisinal producer, and would represent exceptional value-for-money in that category.
