(1/2026) The 2020 'BB1' from husband-wife winemaking team Ludwig Bindernagel and Nathalie Eigenschenck picks up right where the 2019 left off. From a hot, dry vintage, this luscious Jura white is a blend of mostly Chardonnay with a bit of Savagnin. Made in the 'ouillé,' or 'topped-up' style, this is not an oxidative wine. Rather, it's a beautiful, fresh, complex wine with notes of white flowers, almond cream, barely ripe mango, and ginger.
