(11/2025) Celebrity winemaker Dirk Niepoort crafts this super tasty red from sustainably farmed Baga grapes grown in Central Portugal's Bairrada region, and presents the juice in super sensible 1 Liter bottles! Translucent ruby purple in the glass, the wine is vibrant and alive, with a natural taut fruit yumminess driving a mineral accented, floral and grippy red. Like a lighter Nebbiolo meets an unoaked Oregon Pinot Noir - earth, light herbs, strawberry and juicy white raspberry tones are playful and light. Perfect for fish, spicy asian dishes, turkey, or all by itself with a group of friends! Nat Cool doesn't event need to remind us to 'Drink Me' - we've got it!
