Mouthwatering flavors of crunchy green apple, pear skin, and lemon zest are met with notes of dried white flowers and a deep minerality that showcases the signature chalk and oyster shell from the fossil-rich marine limestone “Kimmeridgian” soils that have made Chablis famous. Racy acidity gives ample lift to the medium-full texture with a long, complex, mineral-laden finish. Premier Cru Chablis this good for under fifty dollars does not come around often, and we think you are going to love this one as much as we do!
