(10/31/2023) A nice effort from the first name in Oregon sparkling wines, Rollin Soles. The 2020 vintage RMS Brut Rosé is both bright and creamy. Aromatics of strawberries, sweet rhubarb and white flowers transition nicely courtesy of the persistent perlage. The palate shows fresh herbs, red berries and a wonderful creamy mouthfeel with a bright mineral streak that carries the finish. Drinking Window: 2023 - 2030.
