Winemaker's Notes

A classic take on Chardonnay from Benzie County. Barrel fermented and barrel aged, then moved to tank for 6 months to create lots of minerality and reduction. Don't think this is your old school style, there's no butter or heavy oak, it's crisp, clean and oh-so delicious!
