(11/11/2024) This shows good verticality and energy up front, expanding a bit on the creamy palate, with flavors of peach skin, persimmon, lemon oil, slivered almond and beeswax. A minerally underpinning emerges to linger on the zesty finish. Viosinho, Rabigato, Côdega do Larinho and Gouveio. Drink now through 2028. 3,650 cases made, 150 cases imported.

(4/4/2024) I was able to taste the just-bottled 2023 Manoella Branco. This was a very balanced vintage, the growing season was almost perfect, and yields were good. The wine was a little closed for such an expressive year of wines with purity and freshness. It has notes of white flowers and fruit and a balsamic touch with the balance and harmony from the old vines. Drink Date: 2025 - 2028.
