(5/2026) Cherry cola boldens strawberry-rhubarb preserves spread across lightly toasted bread, sprinkled with fresh green herbs. There's pleasant tea-like tannins, with persimmon and clay notes adding just enough lively mouthfeel. This is a very successful Pinot Noir for this humble price range. A wild-yeast ferment even, from Australia's oldest family-owned winery.
