(8/2020) This lightly sparkling wine pours a dark ruby red with a red mousse. Black and red fruits are immediately present on the nose and carry through to the palate. The deep range of flavors continue to evolve, with herbs and earthy qualities shining through as fine bubbles keep the palate fresh throughout. Lovely on its own, this wine also begs to be paired with a well-stocked charcuterie board or a regional favorite like pasta Bolognese.
