Patricia Green Cellars "Reserve" Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2017

Deeply colored and deeply concentrated, this is tasty from the moment the cork is popped, and - as is typical with Patricia Green Pinots - the more it breathes, the better it gets!
93 Wine Spectator
(6/15/2019) "Expressive and polished, with unfolding layers of blueberry, raspberry, green tea and orange peel, taking on complexity toward well-manicured tannins. Drink now through 2026."

92+ Our Score
92 Wine Advocate
(8/31/2018) "The 2015 Pinot Noir Two Estates is pale to medium ruby-garnet in color, opening with beautiful notes of dried earth, mushroom, charcuterie, grated cinnamon and red and black fruit with a faint notion of eucalyptus. Medium-bodied, it has fantastic concentration of red and black fruits in the mouth with loads of earthy/savory nuances, firm, grainy tannins, refreshing acidity and a long, savory finish. 2,557 cases produced. Domaine Lignier Michelot Bourgogne Rouge 2014

92 Our Score
(7/2019) The Lignier Michelot wines always show such wonderful minerality and acid structure - probably the reason wine geeks like us love them so much! This 2014 Bourgone Rouge is drinking beautifully, revealing sour cherry and just-ripe raspberry fruits balanced by grainy clay and limestone earth. Long, with good grip, this is an excellent value and a wonderful example of red Burgundy.

Domaine Jehan Emonin Bourgogne Rouge 2015

90+ Our Score
(10/2018) Jehan Emonin is the second label for Burgundy rising star winemaker Vincent Bouzereau, the 10th generation of vignerons in his family. The fruit for this 2015 Pinot Noir comes from vineyards in Meursault, Volnay and Monthelie, and was aged exclusively in previously used barrel. Natural yeast fermentation is the norm in his small cellar. You'll find fleshy red and black cherry fruit supported by an excellent acid structure and medium tannins. Delicious, and drinkable now through 2025.

93 Wine Advocate
(8/2014) "The 2012 Pinot Noir Dierberg Vineyard shows the darker side of Pinot with its earthy, forest floor, red and black fruit and spice aromas and flavors. Coming all from sandy loam sois and aged 18 months in 35% new oak, it's beautifully balanced, has solid mid-palate density and a terrific finish. Enjoy it over the coming 4-6 years."

(10/2017) "Light bright red. Lively aromas of red currant, raspberry, cinnamon and allspice carry a suave floral topnote. Light-bodied and energetic on the palate, offering tangy, spice-tinged red berry and rose pastille flavors and a refreshingly bitter hint of blood orange. Closes on a minerally note, displaying very strong persistence and lingering spiciness."
