(7/2020) Felix Meyer has bottled a wonderfully delicious "Gentil" with the 2018 vintage. Presented in a slightly off-dry style, this Kermit Lynch import is a viscously enticing blend of 50% Riesling, 25% Muscat, 20% Pinot Blanc and 5% combined Sylvaner and Pinot Gris. Exotically floral on the nose with an array of citrus, orchard and tropical fruit flavors. The texture is pure velvet, enhanced with a crisp, tense, balancing spine. Perfect with pan-Asian cuisine or grilled summer poultry, fish or vegetable dishes. Yummmm!
