Andrew Will Columbia Valley Merlot 2016

92 Wine Advocate
(6/29/2018) "The 2016 Merlot from Andrew Will is a beauty - which augers very well for this year's vineyard-designate bottlings. Offering up aromas of black cherries, cassis, sweet spices and subtle notes of fruitcake, it's medium to full-bodied, supple and generous, with an ample core of ripe but succulent fruit, melting tannins and a long finish. Drink it over the next 5 or 6 years to profit from its youthful exuberance. Drink Date: 2018 - 2023."

Sleight of Hand "The Spellbinder" Columbia Valley Red 2016

90 Our Score
91 Jeb Dunnuck
(4/5/2018) "The 2016 Spellbinder is a value-priced blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Cabernet Franc and the rest Merlot. Deep ruby/purple-colored with lots of black and blue fruits, earth, and gravelly minerality, it has terrific depth of fruit, no hard edges, and solid overall freshness and purity."

Shooting Star "Blue Franc" Blaufrankisch Washington 2015

90 Our Score
(5/2019) Jed Steele has been making Blaufrankisch, aka Lemberger, in Washington State for many years. We're so glad to revisit this varietal now, after a way-too-long hiatus. Packed with fresh fruit flavors, including raspberry and black cherry, this tasty red has a wonderfully soft, accessible mouth feel. Delicious!
