(11/2020) Beatrice and Pascal Lambert farm a small amount of land in the Chinon, achieving certified-organic status in 2005, before it was fashionable. Today, they utilize some biodynamic methods, use zero chemicals in the vineyard and craft their wines with no additions, no fining or filtering, no new oak, and only wild yeasts for fermentation. The wines that are pure, authentic and completely delicious. This bottling is born from 100% Cabernet Franc, packed with crunchy red fruit flavors of raspberry and strawberry along with enhancing notes of tomato leaf, bell pepper, white rocks and white pepper. As pure as can be, medium in body, and offering medium-plus front of mouth tannins, medium-plus acidity and a long, yummy finish.
