Pliant and broad on entry and then more taut on the mid-palate, offering juicy pit and orchard fruit flavors and a bracing touch of bitter orange pith. Finishes extremely long and silky, with lingering floral and spice flourishes. The blend of richness and energy here is really impressive. Drinking window: 2020 - 2024"

Massican "Annia" Napa Valley White Blend 2019
Massican is a completely sustainable operation, consistently making some of the best white blends in the US. Though fun to try now, we'd suggest drinking this sneakily complex white in 2021 or later!

Maloof Wines "Thistle" Dundee Hills Pinot Gris 2019
Bee and Ross Maloof refer to themselves as "Two nerds with a penchant for good hospitality and properly fermented pizza dough." An aerospace engineer, Bee appears to be the brains of the operation. Her husband Ross brings a hospitality background. Together, this quirky couple share a passion for wine and are quickly building a name for themselves.

(9/2020) Harvested from two dry-farmed blocks in the Haaken Lenai vineyard in Dundee Hills, this Pinot Gris is then fermented with indigenous yeast and aged on lees for nine months in neutral barrel. Light-medium-bodied with ample, juicy aromas and flavors of Meyer lemon, lime pith, ripe pineapple and white flowers, this is a wine that is well-suited for drinking on its own or perfectly paired with seafood or white pizza.

Wonderwall "Spanish Springs Vineyard" Edna Valley Pinot Noir 2019
Andrew Jones, who many of you met during his multiple visits to our Elston Avenue store, crafts Wonderwall from a totally under-the-radar vineyard located within a mile of the Pacific Ocean. How this always-smiling winemaker manages to keep tabs on his four kids, innumerable wine projects and his "day job" as a vine nurseryman, we just can't figure out!

(11/2020) The 2019 Wonderwall Pinot Noir is bright ruby color in the glass. Aromas and flavors of pink flowers, pomegranate, sour cherry and black raspberry are pleasing and authentically Pinot - qualities we are excited to find in Central Coast Pinot Noir at this price. Another excellent vintage of this perennial Vin Chicago favorite.
