(9/2020) We're not sure you could not draw-up a more correct, high-typicity Muscadet at this price point. Nicely neutral with just enough apple and lemon fruit to accompany its seaspray. The palate is very fresh, vital and easy drinking. Properly dry with perfectly balanced acidity, this Muscadet asks only that you keep shucking the oysters!

(12/2020) Here's a 50/50 blend of hand harvested Syrah and Grenache grown in organcially farmed sandstone soils in the Languedoc's Pezanas sub-region. Aged in a combination of concrete tank and used Burgundy barrels, this earthy red shows red and black fruits along with savory, smoky tones and a chewy, bright finish. Try with bacon burgers or lamb sausage.

(10/2019) This French sparkler is smartly priced, and because the blend consists of all-white grapes Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Chardonnay, qualifies as a "Blanc de Blancs". Fresh, with a range of citrus and stone fruit flavors, this is the perfect party time bubbly. Serve it cold and giddy-up!

In this wine, it accounts for 70%, blended with 15% each Roussanne and Clairette. Fragrant aromas of apricot blossoms and melon speak eloquently of the Viognier component, as does the broad, slightly viscous mouthfeel, while there's sufficient acidity to provide definition and length."

Produced by the Danglas family, this authentic Southern French red blends 40% Grenache and 40% Syrah with 20% Mourvedre. Les Costieres de Pomerols "HB" Picpoul de Pinet 2019
Behold, the arrival of a new vintage of a LONGTIME Vin Chicago favorite. Picpoul, the so-called "lip-stinger" is the varietal responsible for making this bright, energetic wine from the typically red-wine-focussed Languedoc region of southern France. Fun factoid, it is also one of the thirteen permitted varieties in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Pair with oysters and hot sunny days!
