Amazing Rhone Blend from cultish Paso Producer. This is the lowest price in the country by $8! A $75 Reference Price per the glowing reviews.
93+ Wine Advocate
94 Vinous, Josh Raynolds
(9/2015) "Inky ruby. Spicy, mineral-accented boysenberry, blackberry, incense and lavender on the nose, plus a subtle dusting of white pepper. Sappy and densely packed, offering appealingly sweet black and blue fruit and floral pastille flavors and building spiciness. Finishes very long, with vibrant dark berry and spicecake notes and harmonious tannins that are quickly enveloped in the wine's opulent fruit."

Domaine Grand Veneur "Les Origines" Chateauneuf du Pape 2016

94-96+ Jeb Dunnuck
(10/2017) "Possibly the finest vintage of this cuvée to date, the 2016 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Origines (50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, and the balance Syrah) offers a full-bodied, unctuous, yet thrillingly pure style in its black raspberry, cassis, licorice and spice aromas and flavors. (8/29/2018) "The trademark, old-vine-grenache offering of earthy notes with wild berries, herbs, flowers and spices. Wild. Hints of blood oranges and pink-grapefruit peel. Superb, expansive palate shape, all finesse and length. Super-fine, focused and elegant. Refined, regal and majestic. Peppery, bright, wild, red fruit, blood oranges and orange bitters. Decades ahead of this. Drink or hold."

Gallica "Suzuri Series-Shake Ridge Ranch" Amador Red Blend 2014

A gorgeous Cali red from Rosemary Cakebread!
94 Vinous, Antonio Galloni
(12/2016) "The 2014 Red Wine Shake Ridge Vineyard, Rosemary Cakebread's GSM blend, is rich and deeply expressive, with the Grenache character very much front and center. Sweet red cherry, mint, tobacco, cedar and pomegranate are given an extra kick of aromatic intensity and translucency through the inclusion of 50% whole clusters. Gracious and light on its feet, the 2014 speaks to graciousness above all else. The blend is The blend is 53% Syrah, 34% Grenache, 11% Mourvèdre and 2% Viognier."

Domaine Pierre Usseglio & Fils "Cuvee Tradition" Chateauneuf du Pape 2016

93 James Suckling
92 Wine Advocate
93 Jeb Dunnuck
(8/28/2018) "The classic 2016 Chateauneuf-du-Pape checks in at around 75% Grenache, 10% each of Syrah and Mourvedre, and a splash of Cinsault. This rock star traditional cuvee gives up loads of black licorice, garrigue, black raspberries, and kirsch liqueur. It's powerful and full-bodied, yet elegant and seamless, with fine tannin, no hard edges, and a great finish. Despite the richness and weight, it stays weightless and elegant, with silky tannin. Don't miss it."

Saint Jean Barroux "La Pierre Noire" Ventoux 2014

95 Jeb Dunnuck
(2/21/2018) "A total gem in the vintage, the 2014 La Pierre Noire is an insanely good wine made from 80/20 Grenache and Syrah that spent three years in concrete tanks. Black raspberries, kirsch, pepper, garrigue and liquid flowers notes all soar from the glass of this incredibly elegant, seamless, silky red that does everything right. With medium to full-bodied richness, ultra-fine tannin, no hard edges and a seamless texture, it's at the top of the heap in 2014. Don't miss a chance to try this beauty! Maturity: 2018 - 2030."

Domaine du Vieux Telegraphe "Telegramme" Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2016

92 Jeb Dunnuck
96 James Suckling
(8/29/2018) "Boasting silky tannins, strawberry-raspberry fruit and delicate herbal shadings, the 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Telegramme isn't hugely rich or concentrated, but it is harmonious and graceful. Bottled in March 2018, it's immediately approachable yet capable of providing pleasure over the next 5-7 years."

Xavier Vignon "Cuvee Anonyme" Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge 2015

94 Wine Advocate
96 Jeb Dunnuck
(10/19/2017) "The inky colored 2015 Chateauneuf-du-Pape Cuvee Anonyme is a serious winner in the vintage. A blend of 60% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre and the rest Counoise, Vaccarese and Muscardin, it offers a huge nose of blackberry jam, garrigue, crushed violets, and incense. Ripe, unctuous and opulent, yet not over the top, it reminds me of the Trois Source cuvee from Vieille Julienne. This is a smoking good release that will benefit from 2-3 years of bottle age and shine for over a decade."
