Foradori "Granato" Vignetti delle Dolomiti 2013

94 Our Score
95 James Suckling
93 Vinous, Antonio Galloni
(5/2016) "Foradori's 2013 Granato is superb. Like all of these 2013s, the Granato is a bit laid back in this vintage. Still, there is plenty of depth and intensity in the dark black cherry, plum, spice, new leather and menthol flavors. That said, it is the wine's textural depth and creaminess that separate it stylistically from the other wines in the range."

Foradori Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego 2015

91+ Our Score
92 Decanter
(10/2017) "From young Teroldego vines sourced from 16 parcels. Fruit, 30% whole bunch, is fermented in concrete tanks then aged half in oak, half concrete. This is Foradori's signature wine: refreshing and juicy, with a purity of dense red and black fruit, lifted violets and a peppery edge making it deliciously quaffable."

Foradori "Lezer" Vigneti delle Dolomiti Teroldego 2017

91 Our Score
(8/2018) Elisabetta Foradori is the master of Teroldego, a native variety of Trentino, and the "Lezer" is a Teroldego made in the spirit of experimentation. A combination of several different native yeast vinifications of the grape aged in various vessels (barrels, concrete, steel, clay amphorae), then bottled unfiltered, Lezer is playful and unpretentious, but with a great degree of respect for the grape of which it's comprised. Its intense aromas of red berries, plum and rose-petal are backed up by juicy tart cherry and raspberry flavors that make it eminently quaffable, ideally with a slight chill.
