(10/2019) "The 2018 Rall White is matured in 225- and 500-liter used oak barrels. This has a very composed bouquet of pressed white flowers, hints of linseed and a touch of jasmine unfurling nicely with each swirl of the glass. The palate is very well balanced, offering clementine, pear and light peach skin notes that fan out on the waxy-textured finish. The persistence is very fine, and yellow plum and lemongrass notes linger in the mouth after the wine has departed. Superb."

(2/2021) Here's a delicious and refreshing white blend comprised of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chenin Blanc, sourced from high-altitude vineyards near Carcassonne in the Languedoc, just outside of Minervois. Light to medium in body, its aromas and flavors of lime, green apple and gooseberry are joined by hints of limestone and talcum powder, finishing with electric acidity. This is delightful with light Asian fare.

Medium-bodied with generous aromas of pear and white flowers, the palate follows with tart pineapple brightness and a mineral frame that brings welcome structure to its yummy, plush freshness.

(9/2020) Paris Sigalas founded his winery on the picturesque Greek island of Santorini in 1991. It is now one of the very finest producers of wine throughout the entire country. This combination of Assyrtiko from his native Santorini and Monemvasia from the nearby isle of Paros is his newest blend. It offers enticing aromas of peach blossom highlighted by salted melon and honeyed volcanic minerality. On the richly textured palate, quince, red-skinned pear, lemon zest and apricot course through an ample, medium-to-full bodied frame with terrific, mouthwatering acidity. The master has clearly done it again! Fans of Assyrtiko will rejoice the approachable price and lovers of great dry Chenin Blanc and Arneis will find there to be tremendous crossover appeal. This brisk island wine will resonate with a massive swath of white wine fans.

We use a mix of white grapes from different vineyards that we destem and ferment on skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture. Notes of: Apricot, Haitian Orange, Marzipan. Pair with: bleu cheese, duck sausage, dried fruit."
