D&J Bistro Dinner with Ryan Hill of Napa's Hill Family Estate!

It's time for another dinner at D&J Bistro! We invite you to join us on Tuesday, April 8th as we welcome Ryan Hill for a night of California classics and fantastic French fusion fare!

It has been nearly 25 years since, after four decades of selling grapes from their 120 acre Napa Valley estate to the likes of Silver Oak, Far Niente, Ramey and Duckhorn, the Hill family made the decision to retain a portion of their fruit to make their own wines.

Ryan left an indelible mark when visited us a decade ago. We are thrilled to be hosting him again and can't wait to hear (and taste) what he and his family are up to now. All while enjoying a meal from Chef Masato!
