(11/2025) Young Adrien Bergère crafts his delicious Rosé Champagne from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Coteaux Champenois Pinot Noir. Based on the '22 vintage, this delicious and generous bubbly was disgorged 11/2024 and finished with 5 g/l. The layered flavors are forward and seductive, with a core of mineral tension providing balance to the pleasure giving flavors. A new grower discovery that we're thrilled to have found!
