(2/5/2024) Achaval Ferrer’s new label focuses on the 'gastronomic' side of the wine with a blend of 37% pinot noir from Las Chacayes, 30% malbec from Gualtallary and Los Chacayes, 21% syrah from Gualtallary and 12% sauvignon blanc from Los Chacayes. The wine is pristine and expressive, with an undertone of red cherries, plums and red flowers. Expressive, fluid and juicy with a medium body and soft tannins. Delicious and really drinkable now; why hold?
