(7/2026) This co-fermented blend of 60% Aringto and 40% Bical from Bairrada, the culmination of more than 500 farming families cooperating, now empowered with precise, modern winemaking. Hyper-fresh and delicate, this is a traditional-method sparkler full of grace with low autolytic impact and bottled with just 5 g/l dosage. Vibrant notes of salted lemon, lime zest, crushed stone, Granny Smith and elderflower make for a wonderful welcome wine and accompaniment to appetizers - another Portugese value proposition - now bubbly!
