This is a delicious, vibrant co-ferment of Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay, Gruner Veltliner, Muscat, and Cayuga.Unfined, unfiltered, unsulfured, and fermented sponaneously, this wine pops with notes of raspberry, cranberry, and strawberry and finishes with a hint of tannin. The winemakers call this "grown-up cherry cola," and at only 10% abv, you can easily enjoy this wine all afternoon and evening!
