(11/2026) From the Vallée de la Marne, this blend of 70% Meunier, 30% Chard was fermented in stainless steel and aged in bottle for 24 months with a dosage of 5g/l. Flavors of red apple confit with a slightly toasted nutty character and pie crust. Bright and lively on the palate, it finsihes long and  complex with subtle spiciness.
