(4/2025) This 50% Dolcetto, 50% Lambrusco wine is delicious, crushable Pétillant Naturel at its best! The grapes, grown at 300 meters altitude in sandy soils, were hand-harvested, destemmed, and pressed after a few hours on the skins, which gives this sparkling a beautiful canteloupe/rose color. Fermented with native yeasts, the wine is bottled early under crown cap to allow fermentation to finish in the bottle. Though there is no added sulfur here, the wine is perfectly clean. A stellar sparkler that pairs beautifully with sunny days!
