Bulli's winery is located in Emilia-Romagna, about halfway between Parma and Piacenza in northern Italy. The wine is 100% Malvasia di Candia and sees a 5-day maceration. The skin contact adds to the complexity here and accentuates the citrus, stone fruit, and wild herb notes with a lightly grippy finish.
