(11/2024) We were stunned by this unique and delicious wine when we tasted this 100% Verdejo at the end of a lineup of excellent wines! The vines grow 750 meters above sea level in a unique soil that combines sand, clay, and pebbles. The wine is aged in stainless and used French oak barrels and rests for 12 months on the lees after undergoing malolactic fermentation. This wine shows notes of white flowers, orchard fruits, anise, a hint of toasty smoke, and gentle acidity.
