Importer's Notes

The Syrah (60%) for this cuvée comes from the domaine’s vines in the highest section of the La Livinière cru on magnesium clay soils near Minerve. The Grenache (30%) and Carignan (10%) come from the karst plateau on the other side of the mountain valley, rokcy and rich in garrigue. Demeter and Ecocert certified for biodynamic and organic farming. This 600 case production is made from destemmed, spontaneously fermented grapes, aged only in steel, bottled without fining and minimal SO2. Meaty, herbal, soil-marked plums with freshness and lift.
