(6/2023) Coming from the 4.5-hectare Les Bassets vineyard in Montagny, this organically-farmed 2021 release is plump in the mouth with zesty acidity and an extended mineral edge that will quickly cause your mouth to water. Yellow apple, lemon, subtle spring flower and nervy white stone mineral aromas and flavors are clean, pure and incredibly versatile. White Burgundy lovers get a few bottles to drink now and a few more to lay down for next year!
