(4/2025) Minière is a certified organic property in the Bourgueil zone of the Loire Valley. Sigurd and Kathleen Mareels Van den Berghe farm 27 hectares, primarily growing Cabernet Franc. Ripe and round expression, this 100% Cab Franc gives dark red berries, cocoa, and chalky minerality, all atop a plump, accessible, delicious frame.
