(6/2026) The 2025 Tavel Rosé displays its hallmark cherry-red calling card. Bright, crisp, ebullient and a total joy to taste, the 2025 is a waxy, deeply spiced Rosé that boasts serious amaro-like complexity and such attractive textural intrigue. Dark cherry fruit saturates through a creamy mid-palate and a tense, almost strict finish that adds real dimension. One of the most impressive editions of this cuvée yet, not to mention a Rosé that will age well. Drinking Window: 2026 - 2029.
