(5/2025) Deliciously ripe white Bordeaux composed of 83% Sauvignon Blanc and 17% Semillon, aged in 10% new barrel, with flavors of ripe citrus, white peach and herb playing out on its fresh yet creamy palate.

(2/4/2025) Minerals, sliced apples and citrus on the nose, with a hint of whipped cream. Solid on the palate, with a medium body and a lightly structured, medium-long finish. Drinkable now, but can hold for a few years.
