(1/2025) As the largest wine-appellated region in the world, Bordeaux is home to over 5,000 producers. While most Bordeaux collectors seek out the most famous 200 or so bottlers, thousands of 'Petit Château' remain relatively unknown. Because demand is low for these smaller producers, pricing can be outrageously low. Château Petit-Freylon is one such producer, and we're thrilled to have it back in stock with the new and super yummy 2022 vintage. Blending 80% Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% Merlot, the Cuvée Leah pours a deep ruby-purple color and immediately jumps from the glass with dark berries, plum, tobacco, and green spice flavors. The wine is soft and drinkable in the mouth, with hints of Bordeaux minerals and easy tannins. If you're looking for a classic modern style Bordeaux at a great price, this is it!
