(9/2026) A 100% pink Gamay, from organically-farmed, hand-harvested, 50-year-old vines grown in a single hectare of sandy pink granite soils - from a famed grower based on the Cote de Brouilly. Pouring from its frosty bottle a pale pink color this abounds with freshness. With electric salted watermelon, light red florals, white cherry and talc minerality - it's not complicated, but it is great!
