(7/2025) Is there a more beautiful wine village in the world than Cassis? It's a battle to be sure, but this seaside Provençal commune ranks highly - as does its famous rosé. This organically-farmed example comes from a domaine founded by Florentine nobility in the 16th century - today a family-operated estate of 14 hectares. Grenache and Cinsault in equal proportions join forces to greet you with explosive aromatics of white cherry, strawberry, salt-crusted herbs and some zested lemon over warm crushed white rocks. Wonderful purity, freshness and length. An added bonus is this is a GREAT price for Cassis.
