Winemaker's Notes

For Piedmontese people, Favorita is the local correspondent of Vermentino, that came long time ago from the neighbor Liguria throught the famous “Via del Sale”. The name we dedicated to this wine derives from the word 'selvaggio' (wild) - that recalls the steep and sandy hills of Roero, full of vineyards and woods. Lemon-green color with citrusy nose and blossom notes, nice freshness in the mouth and good drinkability.
