(12/29/2023) The 2021 Chardonnay Santa Barbara County has bright scents of fresh green pears and quince, Greek yogurt and almonds. The light-bodied palate strikes an effortless balance of concentration and energy. It has impressively expansive, detailed flavors foiled by a spine of razor-sharp acidity and a very long, shimmery finish. It will be long lived in the cellar. 338 cases were made. Drink Date: 2025 - 2035.
