(9/17/2023) The 2021 Chardonnay Un is a ripe straw hue and is pretty with aromas of fresh pear, key lime, and custard. Medium-bodied, with a soft texture and citrus-driven freshness, it’s elegant and refreshing, with a clean finish. I like where this is now, and it will continue to provide solid drinking over the next several years. Maturity: 2023 - 2026.
