(5/2025) Domaine Chevillon is one of the top 2-3 growers in Nuit-St-Georges, and one of the best in all of Burgundy, and since they are one of the very best, it makes sense that the wines are represented in the US by Kermit Lynch. In addition to their delicious Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs, brothers Bertrand and Denis Chevillon bottle this fantastic 'Passetoutgrain', a traditional Burgundian blend of 1/3 Pinot Noir and 2/3 Gamay. Gutsy and deep, this impressive red gives red berries, blackberry, plum, red earth and vanilla, atop a juicy, soft, grippy frame. A serious wine here, and at our price, a serious bargain!
